The holiday party station that beats the photo booth.

Every December party has the same three fixtures: a bar, a playlist, and a photo booth line. Swap the third for a monogram bar and the party produces gifts instead of props.

Why it fits the season

It is a gift engine. Guests stitch their own initials — or a partner's, or a kid's — onto beanies, crewnecks, totes, and crew socks. Half the pieces leave as personal keepsakes; the other half get wrapped that weekend. One station quietly handles the company's gift-giving for everyone who shows up.

It works for mixed crowds. Plus-ones who know nobody, teammates who do not dance, executives doing a lap — the machine gives all of them the same easy thing to do: stand, watch, and talk to whoever is next to them. It is the most social station we run precisely because it asks so little.

December logistics, handled. Year-end venues book tight windows, so our crew loads in fast — about 90 minutes — and can run the bar in ballrooms, restaurant buyouts, and office floors alike. One standard outlet per machine, 10×10 footprint, no open flames near the tinsel.

Budget behaves. A three-hour party window with one head keeps most local holiday builds near the $5,000 starting anchor. Add the press lane for headcounts over 120 so the last department to arrive still gets stitched. Full math on the pricing page.

Book the good dates early

The two Saturdays before December 25 go first, every year, across every city we serve. If your party lands in that window, lock the date by early fall — the quote costs nothing and holds your slot. Off-peak angle worth considering: January kickoff parties get the same station with zero date competition, and the new-year crowd monograms gym totes like it is a resolution.
